Rookies - Strasburg

Wish i could give service a zero.Waitress had no personality. She didn't write the order down and it's no surprise it came out wrong. When i told her i couldn't eat it because of the preparation she said sorry and walked away. I paid for steak and eggs and the toast was the only thing I could eat. The hashbrowns were a soggy mashed up lump.i have never seen hashbrowns in the mush format, especiallywhen ordered crisp. The steak ordered rare was not and everything was covered in peppercorns. It was not stated on the menu that it would be and I don't like them. I used 3 napkins trying to get rid of them with no luck.

I've only ordered from the pizza side of the restaurant and it's always been great! Tonight I had a slight issue with one of my pizza's and Mark was wonderful and we laughed about it and all was handled. Wonderful customer service and food!

The pizza is by far the best thing on the menu, next to the beer! But ya, the pizza is where it's at.

I really like Rookies, Ive eaten their food many times. Its a good small town feel place where locals go and are often recognized. Nice staff that are open to chatting as long as you are respectful and you dont impede their work. And of course, good pie.
