Hip place where you can see. The food looked good (not much is actually Greek and the homous dry), but we did not have the chance to try it. We came to a 32 degree celsis sun hot day and asked to sit on one of the tables in the shade. There were several free tables and all for 4 people (the 2 in our party only). We were told no, sitting on a 2 peoples table: crampy, unconfortbale (we're big but thin) and definitely not fittis all the food we wanted. Since my husband is back in full sun, I stood up to say that we go, unless we could sit in the shadow. I speak some French that everyone understands, but the delicate problem made me wonder if I could use English and I could politely explain my need. I was just told about you Bye Bye. We are great eaters and great vendors, the loss is their way to falafilo, where the ambience is not hip, but honest and the food amazing. Place was full, but we were accommodated in a 4 seat in full shade. Updated by previous rating on 2022 08 22
It is not a Greek place, but an Israeli place that focuses on Mezzes (small dishes that might remember Greece). The vegan plates are hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, two different salads and a main thing from a filled eggplant with some Zimtmashi rice. All small dishes were delicious, the main impressed us not taste wise. Your Pita bread is very delicious. I see this place is characterized here with gluten-free options that is true if you only eat the main plus the taboule (no couscous, but puffed rice), or if you are ok with the food humus and baba ganoush without bread. The salad had crumbs, be careful. Updated by previous rating on 2022 07 22
I have been here multiple times and I always loved it! The vegan options are delicious. Update 2021 After 2 years, this restaurant is still amazing! Updated from previous review on 2021-07-24
There are several vegan choices on the map of this restaurant that put the package on the look. The mezzes (humous, muhammara, baba ganoush and crispy taboulé were acceptable, but no more. Well presented but a little sanitized. In my opinion, we find a better place in a Lebanese. The vegan mezze are not bad, but they are forgettable. A bit bland. The place is nice and well designed.
