La Pizza Académie - Strasbourg

Little nice pizzeria. Nice terrace, a shame the weather didn't lend it. We ate very well. The pizza dough is superb, both mellow and crispy, baking at the top (and for once not 50cm of unnecessary crust). Small map and correct prices compared to the quality of products. The dessert brownie was very good too, not too sweet.

A great service, excellent pizza and an enormity work on the pate. Excellent Valentine at the service and the boss who offers his digestive! A beautiful scene in Strasbourg!

Excellent pizza! Whether the paste or quality of the ingredients is simply succulent! My favorite, I'd say yours! I hope they'll make a pizza with pineapple!
