The meal was also very good and the remarkable service of kindness.
Restaurant discovered by a happy Hasard. The mistress of the house welcomed us warmly and courteous in a pleasant and refined setting. The dishes have succeeded without a false note. a feast for the eyes and taste buds developed from top products.
Last Saturday we stayed at the restaurant "du coté de chez anne" for dinner and had special pleasure that we had two more places. in this tetaurant applies: the eye eats with, the cherry, the decoration, the departs distinguish this restaurant well-to-be from others. the special one is the enchanting ambiente (even now in the pre-Christmas period) on the other hand the excellent menue from the upscale kitchen. And here too the restaurant is well different from others: you don't have to think long, break the head, choose: there is a fixed menue: of all the best. with hors d ́ oeuvre, aperitiw, appetizer, mains, cheese and dessert- it was fantastic! of all the best. there was, for example: pumpkin foams, self-made foie gras, a fish passage: bar - seebarsch in bouillabaisse - a genus, delicate calf with sweet sous vide all in all: upscale cuisine at a very fair price, (the menu for 65 Euro.)Also the wine selection that had hit anne was excellent! crémant at the beginning, a tasty sauvignon blanc to foie gras and to the fish, the deep bordeaux fits perfectly to the calf and to the cheesy. anne, the hostess is amazing. thanks for the great culinary and romantic evening, we are happy to come back!
In an incredibly bucolic setting, a setting in the city, we were enchanted my companion and I by the warm but discreet welcome of anne the mistress of the place and especially charmed by the brunch we have tasted! champagne, excellent wine, exquisite refinement!! We'll be back in December!
Accustomed to this establishment, it seems that the antoine chef kicks off no longer in the kitchen. Even if a unique menu is no longer than offered on Friday and Saturday evenings by the starred chef bruno sohn since his cooking of the wantzenau, the gustative atmosphere is no longer at the rendezvous.
