Brasserie Flo - Strasbourg

The style of the restaurant is beautiful epoque, the food is good and well presented, good wine card, the staff is set seems to follow procedures ,adrived to the table for the order about 50 minutes after you sat down then the food comes to the table in standard times, the price is a little altino all in all I ate well.

Restaurant discovered by chance, good reception and good service. the dishes are very good and the prices to the quality of the establishment. desserts are also very tasty. We had a great time. Not to mention the spritz cocktail that is worth a visit!

We went there as part of a smartbox for two people: romantic dinner. From the beginning: the atmosphere of ***** the reception is totally hypocritical, we are told to say hello without sincerity and it is embarrassing. the server is at the limit of making a race to place us and yet we arrived at 7:00 p.m. under pre-reservation (it was not the rush of the evening). Another server, already the second one, presents us how the menu will take place in the context of the smartbox. when choosing drinks, the server doesn't even look at us (he looks at the mirror) and says: "And I assume you take a water carafe to accompany your dish?" as if having a smartbox meant that we were radin and go take a water carafe ex officio, especially that it wasn't our intention. In short, when serving the entrance one of the two entries was not the right (especially since it was a third server that serves us without looking at us). Moreover at that time, we noticed that we were at the bottom of the room but in addition to that, the lighting was made by broken bulbs and in addition the pumpoon. flyers and flies around us. When it's not flies, we observe that the servers regularly drop (4x in the evening) the covers, or go in between. We even suspected a power outage, but ouf.fausse alert was to celebrate a birthday. From a gustative point of view, it's luck to happiness. the main regret comes from the value ratio price, in fact for what we had we can't see how it corresponds to the price we should have paid in relation to what we had by the smartbox. At the entrance level, it's very simple. The main dish is to happiness the chance because on 2 dish 1 was good and the 2nd ... horrible for a tartare (not seasoned: no worcestershire sauce, no capers, no mayonnaise, no salt no pepper) and the fries were not homemade (frosted fries). Thankfully we didn't pay for it because as much goes to the mcdo. Moreover, hearing what our table neighbors commanded ... they all took tartares, we were sad for them. dessert : totally industrial !!! this said, the decor is really nice and the environment to be romantic. can - be that the dishes are better when you are not smartbox client but we do not wish to come back!

We regularly go to the Flo Brewery, for its luminous frame, "new art"...and its proximity. We often eat the same dishes (eighters,steak tartare,fish) but this time we tried summer dishes: mango sasade,tomates, zucchini,radis,very tasteful, everything was cut into thin lamella. Two small pieces of lobster too dry and rubbery were supposed to embellish the salad.... we could pass. A vegetarian dish:linguine with pesto and confit tomatoes, it is all seasoned. Dessert based on fresh, appetizing and baba with classical rum and well watered. well served, with a glass of sticky rosé that reminds of the holidays? pleasant evening, a little salty....as always!

Those who think that eating seafood in strasburg is not serious. Must be more than 100 years old!!!Also happy to go regularly to enjoy the eighties of quality in a super frame and with an exceptional team, full of attention and smile. We feel good, it's good, isn't it happiness?
