Przekaż informację zwrotnąLoved the tempura style chicken balls, all white meat tasted so fine. the vegetable-coop-suey was crushed in mushrooms, as I like. if they ever want to go to or through a tight castle to stop in the new new chop suey house.
Since it was opened as a child, will continue eating here, better than anything in regina. Sandy and lonely are wonderful people, service with a smiling face. I'm glad to be her friend and faithful customer. hopefully come for many years!
They serve up what I think of as prairie Chinese which is the food you get in small town Chinese restaurants, if you'd dined in one you'll know what I mean. Their's is a cut above though, we eat there whenever we visit my Mom...and the food is always solidly good. Try the chicken balls or the ham fried rice.
Now, in fairness, we did arrive with a group of about 15 people so perhaps we overwhelmed them. That said, I've come to expect better things from small town Chinese restaurants. Given the size of our group, I think the food prep was pretty quick...and downright impressive. The service was a little odd though. As an example, when it was time to distribute the forks and knives, the server literally tossed them down the table in a big pile and let us sort them out for ourselves. Ditto for the food itself rather than serving each person, the food was given to the person at the end of the table who then had to figure out who it belonged to and pass it around. The food was OK but nothing spectacular. The prices weren't bad so that was nice. As for the bathrooms? Just avoid them if you can.
Food was mundane. Men's washroom not cleaned in recent mmemory. Either the furnace was on the blink or owners were trying to save money. Service was friendly and quick.
