My partner and I absolutely love Chipotle! The food is delicious, and despite the busy crowd, the line moves quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the variety of options available for those with dietary restrictions. Tonight's experience was particularly enjoyable, even though they ran out of my partner's favorite guacamole. The manager overheard and came over to offer the last bit remaining, which was almost a full portion, and apologized for the inconvenience. I offered to pay for it, but he insisted on giving it to us for free, hoping our love for Chipotle wouldn't change. Well, it certainly hasn't. I now have even more respect for their exceptional customer service. I've never expected a free meal before, and even tried to pay multiple times, but they wouldn't accept. It's rare to find a place (and people) that genuinely care about their customers, and Chipotle has definitely impressed me with their above-and-beyond efforts.

The Chipotle location in Stow is easily accessible for people with disabilities! There are two handicap parking spaces in front, one of which is shared with the neighboring store. There is also a wheelchair ramp in front of the entrance. During busy lunch and dinner times, the restaurant can get quite loud, making it a challenge to hear the employees when placing an order. However, the staff are very understanding and will use non-verbal gestures if needed. This location also has a lower shelf for chips at the register to assist employees who may not be able to reach the higher shelf. Overall, the employees are patient and friendly to all customers, making this location very comfortable and accommodating!
