Panera Bread - Stoughton

This location feels very unkempt! There were a lot of kids just hanging around, seemingly doing nothing. My salad appeared to be hastily prepared, and when I mentioned that the ice machine was empty, they looked at me as if I were crazy.

I’ve consistently had issues with my orders here—they always seem to forget something. Every single time. It's best to avoid bakery items, as they often get left out. The salad is disappointing, with more toppings than actual greens! I thought a sandwich would be a safe choice, but they didn’t put sauce on one half, even though I specifically requested extra. We’ve ordered from this place about ten times, and I’ve decided it's the last. It feels like they're taking our money while serving really subpar food. I've never had problems at other locations.

I ordered the $15 Pick 2, and this is what I got for my sandwich. I'm honestly embarrassed to even serve something like this! Also, just to mention, I asked for mustard on the side, not mayo on top.

You ruined it for me Stoughton Panera Bread. I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich?.it?s usually delicious wherever I go but yours was exceptionally disappointing?. 4 chopped almonds on the whole sandwich!!!! Don?t do me like that. I come for thealmonds!!! The extra mound of raggedy lettuce does not make up for that? and where is my pickle, because I couldn?t find it onmy plate? if your out of ingredients tell me at the register? I didn?t cheat you when it came to paying the bill? you owe me andI just tried the sanitizer station and it?s empty.

Soup was cold and chicken sandwich was hard to chew. Over priced. $18.00. Outrageous!
