Starbucks - Stouffville

Newly opened in Stouffville, this restaurant is a clean and inviting place to relax with a cup of coffee. I recently enjoyed their foam caramel cinnamon macchiato and cold brew, both of which were delightful; the macchiato was like having a dessert in a cup. If you're planning to work on your laptop, be sure to come with it fully charged, as several outlets were not functioning, which is surprising for a brand-new establishment.

I received fast and friendly service during my visit. The coffee was crafted with great care and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, greeting me with big smiles that made my day. It's the little things that can make such a big difference. I'm very happy with my experience—thank you!

It's fantastic to finally have a Starbucks in Stouffville! The location is quite busy, and the baristas are excellent. They offer a variety of treats, including cookies, croissants, and slices of banana bread. There's also a great selection of lunch sandwiches and salads available.

I had a terrible experience with customer service today. I visit this place frequently, but today they prepared a really awful drink for me. When I asked to swap it for another, they refused and instead made me a new one, which I had to pay for. So, I ended up spending $12 on coffee. The woman in charge was quite dismissive of my concerns. I maintained a friendly demeanor throughout, but she was quite unfriendly in return. I definitely won’t be coming back here again.

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I've always received fantastic customer service here. On the one occasion when they got my order wrong, they promptly replaced it with a smile. The drive-thru can be a bit slow at times, but the excellent and friendly service makes it worthwhile.
