Starbucks Coffee - Storrs

I ordered a caramel brulee late and hot chocolate for my son from this starbucks and they did not prepare the drinks right and some ingredients were missed. Hopefully the next time they will pay more attention to the right preparation of my coffee and do not leave the ingredients because the pressure to prepare the drinks quickly.

Baristas are super friendly and always my drinks are right.

Do not know about these chic $8 drinks, just go for coffee 3 4 times a week. Had offer on credit card for $10 from $20 purchase with PayPal, plus PayPal had $3 off. So reloaded Starbucks card with $20 that cost me $7.00!!!!

My first drink was done wrong, so I called and they were ready to make me a completely different drink for free. They even gave me a $4 gift card for my next visit. Above and beyond the customer service I was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you to all :

The service is great and fast! The workers are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual and great for doing work or catching up with a friend! Sometimes, it can get very very busy, so definitely think about what time you're going in before ordering (online ordering is the best way to go IMO)
