I am extremely satisfied with the steps taken to prevent cross-contamination at this restaurant! They use bread from a local gluten-free bakery and have a separate preparation area, cutting board, and more for gluten-free sandwiches. All of their soups are homemade and gluten-free. The sandwich I ordered was fantastic and the portions are generous. They also offer a variety of other gluten-free products such as muffins, donuts, and cinnamon buns from the gluten-free bakery in their freezer. Additionally, they usually have delicious gluten-free biscottis available. The service is always excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
