Little Caesars Pizza - Stoney Creek

I absolutely love their delivery and pickup system. It works perfectly! Even though COVID-19 may have pushed them to create it, they executed it really well. The no-contact pickup option is fantastic.

I haven't visited Little Caesar's in a while, and while the food was great, my overall experience was a bit lacking. It seems that the days of "hot and ready" are gone; I must have arrived right after a rush or just before the next one because there was hardly any food prepared. Thankfully, the wait for their pizzas is only about five minutes, so I didn't mind waiting. I ended up with a super fresh pizza and some Crazy Bread. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely go back and try their newer menu items in the future. A few months ago, I had their chicken wings, and they were actually delicious.

Typically, the food is fantastic! However, last night I ordered a deep dish pizza that wasn't cooked properly. The dough was raw, which was disappointing.

I've been a customer at your restaurant for nearly two years, and I'm really disappointed. My meal was burnt, and we ended up only eating half of it while the rest went to waste. I don't think I will be returning to your establishment. – Gerrit
