Gino's Pizza - Stoney Creek

I placed an order and they never delivered it. I was very polite when I called back but the guy hung up on me. Very bad customer service. My kids were all hungry. Ordered else were. The guys told me they don’t deliver here but I ordered from them several times before.

Drove here and missed the location drive way, because there was no sign lights at all. While waiting for my pizzas couldn't miss the gross foggy, dirty windows. Door window is fine but storefront windows are dirty. Food is good though. Just wish they would clean up and light up their signs so I don't drive by again.

I purchased a pizza that had unmelted cheese, appearing to be sprinkled on top. When I called to complain, the person on the phone told me to put it back in my own oven.

Ohh how many times can I review for Gino's. It's just an amazing pizza place. No questions asked. And the dipping sauce is just as great! Thanks for being consistent!

I came to this restaurant for a slice of pizza, but the employee seemed to be unhappy with his job. He was rude with his attitude, comments, and body language. I will not be returning to this place.
