A&W Restaurant - Stoney Creek

This place has changed in a good way since I visited last time. The staff is friendly and the food is good.This time I had a burger which tasted delicious. I will definitely give this place a try in the future. The only thing is this place is in downtown and all sorts of people come here and management is working hard to cope up.Keep up the good work guys. Cheers

Looks like this location is under new management as things have improved since my last visit around 6 months back.keep up the good work.I love to grab some burgers whenever I am passing Barton Street. Their new Nashville chicken burger is a must try.

Bacon burnt 2 Saturdays in a row Brown toast (more like bread 2 Saturdays in a row when I ask for white today I order and extra egg OVER EASY and I get sunny side up. (Can’t eat S.S. Slime So what a waste of I call multiple times and they don’t answer the phone. The other location close to me doesn’t open till 8. I guess I starve.

I was in the drive thru a few minutes ago…There was nobody at the restaurant after paying and getting my drink I was asked to move ahead to wait…I waited 13 minutes, not a big deal but the food was cold! The fries were hard and tasted stale! The burger was COLD! why did I wait for cold food if nobody was there?!? Terrible experience I will never this food again! This franchise use to be a favourite of mine and now they don’t seem to care about kind of products they push out the window! Barton and Ferguson. 3:30 pm July 27. No receipt provided and garnish for the terrible side order of grossness.

Beware of their fake 5 ratings made by the owner and his family (which are 95% of the employees)I stood inline for 15 minutes watching some Indian/Pakistani girl ignore me while on her cell phone, couldn't even order because of the disgusting attitude and lack of knowledge of what goes on the food, the menu items and coupons. Store is gross and locks its doors at 9PM and rarely lets drivers come through the drive-thru after that time.If you order on the app past 9PM they tell you too bad contact corporate and then corporate tells you that you need to contact the store, leaving you without food or the money spent on it.
