Whataburger - Stones Corner Australia

What I like most about this particular Whataburger is that they do not pay attention to what the customers are doing they are there to work they do their job and they're good at it in other words they're not concerned with how many refills I'm getting, just saying

They are so disorganized. Waited 20 minutes. No straw. My drink was wrong and no napkins. I'm never returning!

Probably the nicest Whatabuger I've been to since I moved down here 2 yrs ago. Like... Chick-fil-A type of friendly. Lol. Everyone spoke to you and made you feel like family. Please keep it up. We need more of this. Great job.

Wait staff was very rude in the drive thru. Completely got skipped several times to the other line before getting to me. Only reason it's getting some stars is because the food was really good.

I am so LIVID RIGHT NOW! First time attempting to go to this location this evening pull up to the drive thru and kept saying hello! Just to be told minutes later after me saying hello constantly that they were CLOSED! Then I was stuck in the drive thru and asked repeatedly to please move the cars so I can go! They had blocked me in with cones so I couldn’t back up. I got fed up with waiting and reversed my car and moved the cones myself! DONT EVER GO HERE!! Disgusting and despicable company to treat A CUSTOMER THIS WAY
