Wendy's - Stones Corner Australia

If I could give zero stars I really would. My entire family has food poisoning. I should have just walked straight out the moment the cooks were all cursing under their breath when we walked in. They complained the entire time they were making the food and now my family has been throwing up for almost 12 hours.

We went through the drive thru ,ordered a combo and 2 biggie bags, tried to order a salad but they were out, tried to order cream soda they were out. The guy running the drive thru had air pods in and kept calling my husband boss, they had us park to bring our food and they brought out a tiny bag said it was all there went back in, I checked the order and was missing 2 fries sauce, when I went back in one of the five employees finally acknowledged me and asked what I needed and I explained 3x that I’m missing fries they then all just looked at me confused while one was standing at the grill texting. They finally brought me my missing fries and they young lady did apologize however this is my first review of this restaurant but I should have known better since this is my 10th time being disappointed at this restaurant. Once even had paper in my food.

The employees were very slow. I ordered 2 burgers and I swear I'm not lying, it took 21 minutes and there was only one car in front of me in the drive thru. The burgers were cold and the sodas were half full of the glass. Bad service I wouldn't recommend it. ?

Your spicy nuggets were hard and stale, like it was sitting there all afternoon.

I love Wendy's man but this place should definitely take down that sing because this is pretty bad.I can understand if it gets busy, really, Yeats in the restaurant industry thought me it's tough but there's no reason why you should cut off a customer as they're trying to order. Don't rush the guest please.The Coke freestyle had most of the choices unavailable which I can understand but only like 3 would actually dispense the drink correctly, pretty much narrowing it down to Dr.P and Punch, not great but I guess.The food was okay, but my baconator had 3 half pieces of bacon and they where pretty burnt actually :/Yikes, hate to say it but may not come back to this location again.And again I'm a big Wendy's fan but not this one??‍
