Waxy O'connor's Irish Pub Eatery

The restaurant is located on Riverwalk, which is a nice spot, but the quality of the food was disappointing. The mashed potatoes were clearly instant and not freshly made, which was surprising given the high price of $20 or more per entree. The fish and chips were also not fresh, but frozen. Additionally, they add a credit card charge per item, so the menu prices listed are for cash payments only. This was something I had never encountered before in my travels. I would recommend going for drinks instead of food at this establishment.
