The Cheesecake Factory

There needs to be a place for to-go orders and/or place to order just cheesecake slices. It sucked because it's so disorganized and the guy at the counter bagging them was talking with another co worker and me and my friend saw our cheesecakes just sitting there needing to be bagged for us to get. So getting slices for us took 20 mins to get? I don't get it!

Had a lovely time, good food, kind waitress. Atmosphere is a busy with music (good 80s music) atmosphere.

The food and everything was great but the parking was AWFUL here. I know the valet was $10 but you might want to think about using it if you’re only coming to eat and not going to the mall area. But the food was good and cheesecake was amazing. Price was a little higher than I like to pay per person but that’s because San Antonio is more expensive than where we live, so that’s not the fault of the restaurant.

Food was very delicious. Our server was friendly and funny. Definitely will return.

The food was ok, not what it used to be. The price has gotten ridiculous for the value. I've gone there twice recently and was just not happy with the value. We usually go for a special occasion, but I think we will rethink that.
