I ordered a cabana bowl with no lettuce and no pico. With sour cream and guacamole which I was charged extra for and the bowl was completely dry. No sour cream no guacamole. I called the store and just got an answering machine. I left a message and called 10 times after that thinking someone would answer if it kept ringing but they must have had the phone on silent because no one answered. Didn’t get a call back .
First of all I was not greeted. The cashier spoke NO English and did not understand English. Another young lady came and did not understand no English so I asked for manager. Manager said she is from Columbia and understand NO English. Why was she trying to take the order. I asked for a pound of fajita. I saw them get already cooked fajitas from a holding pan. I wanted fresh cook fajitas NOT COLD ALREADY COOKED BURN DRY FAJITAS. THEY STILL GAVE ME THE ALREADY COOKED COLD OVERCOOKED DRY FAJITAS. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR WHAT I WAS SERVED AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The WORST TACO CABANA IN TEXAS! NEVER COMING BACK! TERRIBLE FOOD SERVICE. Please Get a REAL MANAGER WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
