Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis particular subway does not treat their employees with respect. I’ve been in the line and I’ve experienced the managers yelling at their employees. The professionalism at this subway is terrible. I hope they see this and fix it before I make another complaint.
Terrible experience. There was one worker during the morning breakfast sandwich rush. Took at least 20 minutes, when worker toasted my sandwich she just left it and started a whole new sandwich, letting my sandwich completely cool down and ruin it all. There was another worker just chillin in the back doing whoever knows. The worker was also in a dreadful mood as well. Honestly the whole experience put my whole day in a bad direction

I'm not sure of the specific reasons but the staff was extraordinarily rude today after numerous visits without incident. I'm not one to leave reviews normally but it felt as if some sort of repercussion should be made for how they treated me.
Very rude staff member. Name was Ms. Carol. The young lady in front of me was very soft spoken and when trying to order, Carol rolled her eyes and said “you’re in the military and you still talk like that, speak up” right away I was shocked but I didn’t say anything. When it came my turn to order I had two different orders and when I finished my first order and let her know I had another one she rolled her eyes and huffed. I started to read off my phone my order all the while she was complaining under her breathe and when I called her out she walked away. I cancelled my purchase and asked her coworker her name and the co worker didn’t give it to me because she said that all of us didn’t know what we wanted so that’s why her coworker was frustrated. I understand being frustrated but I know the young woman in front of me and I did not deserve the attitude, especially because we were being polite.
