My wife I have been going to this location for a number of years for coffee we don't leave close by but we liked the service atmosphere in the pass. But we have noticed that a number of times we have shown up only the drive thru is open and a sing posted on the doors. We travel 8 miles to go to this place but unfortunately we have given up on this store for good. This has been very inconvenience for us. STARBUCKS NO MORE FOR US.....3718 Horizon Hill Blvd
Not one of my best Starbucks experiences for me in San Antonio. Our drink order was left on the counter and it had been sitting for about 10 minutes before I got up to check. When I asked. “Sorry, might have forgotten to call the order out.”Take some tips from the Wurzbach location.
I have been going to this store since last December due to convenience. I am so disappointed every-time and I stuck it out because it’s the only coffee shop in the area by work. Today was my last straw. I ordered my drink in the app as I always do because my preferences on the drink I asked for extra vanilla syrup in my drink and got zero. I called the store explaining my frustration as this was not the first time my mobile order was incorrect. I was told to stop by in the store and they would perform a refund. I held onto the drink because I didn’t want them thinking I was lying or something. So when I got to the store for my refund the manager on duty was absolutely so rude to me. His name was Jeffrey and he seemed offended that I had asked for a refund. It was very uncomfortable. I definitely will just choose to not use Starbucks again because I’ve given them a year of chances but clearly the people who work for their company do not care at all. It’s very disappointing.
