I don’t recommend you eat here at all! I had beard hair in my food, the guys don’t wear beard nets which is absolutely disgusting and then they thought I was going to let them remake my omelet, without a beard next again no thank you! So I got up and left! And the girl still charged me $4 for a lemonade!

It's okay, something is really different the food is getting worse. Also, what the heck happened to the pancakes? They are horrible lately!!!

I called and placed a curbside pickup order. The person taking the order was incredibly difficult to hear/understand and wouldn’t speak up even after several requests to do so. Then I sat in the curbside spot for about 30 minutes AFTER I had called and they told me my order was ready. The lady who answered the phone said that my order was ready but they couldn’t get it to me. This place has terrible service, would not recommend.

TLDR: the manager refused to let me order what I wanted despite being more than willing to pay the extra cost.First let me say that our server was great and friendly and genuinely felt bad for what happened to me at this location.Being from out of town and on a tight schedule, I chose to go to ihop because it 's a chain and I know what I can get to accommodate the fact that I cannot eat eggs. I was seated immediately and our server came over to take my order immediately. I knew what I wanted to get: a Denver omelette but with crispy potatoes instead of eggs. Something I have done several times in the past. I apologized that it was an annoying order but I just can 't eat eggs. She said no worries, I got you! And went on her way.A couple minutes later, she came back and apologized because her boss wouldn 't let me do that. He said it wasn 't worth it. I said it was worth it to me and asked to speak to him.I repeated again that I wanted to get a Denver omelette because it has bacon, sausage, shredded beef, ham, cheese, and a healthy dose of onions and green peppers. But I can 't eat eggs so please put potatoes instead.He said they have a classic bowl that has hash browns, sausage, and cheese and would not let me order what i wanted to get. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.I 've never encountered a restaurant manager that refused to let me order something even though I 'm willing to pay for it!Absolutely insane...

The server was very helpful in food selection by taking time to patiently answer our questions.
