Embers Wood Fire Grill

I'm a bit mad at myself for living in the med ctr all these years and only trying this place last week. Been a couple times now and both trips I had an excellent experience. I really like the casual atmosphere, and the service has been great. I'm not sure I can point to another place where you can get cuts of meat that taste this good for a better price. The kitchen knows what they're doing and I will definitely be adding this place to my rotation of restaurants I frequent often.

The food was amazing. My only issue here is the staff. When walked in, the host just looked at us until I said something like where was the hello? The service was lacking. Didn’t even know the servers name as the first thing she said “can I get yall something to drink” no hello or anything. We had never been here before so we were very interested in try. If anything, I’ll order to-go as the service is lacking. Mind you, there was about 6 tables occupied.

Came here for lunch with my fiancé and mom. We all loved our dishes. However, i do think the broccoli portion could’ve been a bit more in my opinion. I tried some of my moms jalepeno mac and cheese and I instantly regretted not getting that as my side in place of the broccoli. Will definitely be back for date nights.

Went on a date night, it was our first time there. The food was great and the service was great too.

Excellent food for the price point. Ribs were tasty, maybe a tad over cooked, but not dry. The Maui Waui Pizza was excellent. Made for a great low-key date night.
