Charleys Cheesesteaks

Fries and cali chicken cheese... everything was good. just could use some salt and pepper.

My wife, son and grandchildren drove to San Antonio from North Dallas for the Tiger Rock National Competition and after a long day decided to try some cheesesteaks from Charlie’s. We spent $81 and some change for 2 kids meals with 3 adult sandwich combos that was supposed to include chips and a drink as our selections. Firstly, the kids meal fries were cold, the strips were not fresh, and the amount of fries they gave looks like a small size split between the two meals. Secondly, we did not receive the chips at almost $3.00 per bag alone, and the preferences for the sandwiches were left off with me and my wife receiving no mayo, lettuce, catsup, tomatoes as requested. The order was delivered to our hotel by Uber Eats, and when we called the Restaurant at least 7 times, we received no answer but a recording requesting we leave a voicemail for a callback only to hear that the voicemail was full. My wife attempted to drive to the location to address our order only to find it was in the mall up the street with no parking to go in. Thus our dissatisfaction was never addressed regarding our incorrect order. The sandwiches were very good, but I would not patronize this business again just because their customer service is so very bad. Do better… being busy is not an excuse!

My first Charley's original Philly cheesesteak, and it was super delicious! The service is great! The atmosphere could be a little cozier inside the Shops at RiverCenter Mall, downstairs in the food court. But other than that, it was an excellent experience.

The Philly cheese steak sandwich is really good, I didn't like the fact that they charge 1 dollar for strawberry lemonade refill.
