Pizza Hut - Stone Mountain

Andre was top tier. Customer service was amazing. Christiana was also great very patient with me and my family! Wings were good pizza was great! 10/10 recommend! Come here if you want a relaxing meal with your family

All I can say is it depends on the day time and staff if you get good service or bad service. I can say that there has never been anything wrong with our orders, food always good, great pick up times although delivery can be difficult due to short staff. This was during covid time so things may have changed.

This Pizza Hut is completely incompetent! Spare yourself and do pick up because their delivery service is TERRIBLE! Especially if you live at Reserve at Stone Creek Apartments apparently it?s too hard to enter a gate code ?I placed an order at 3:04 pm and it shows up at 4:20 pm! And that?s after calling them multiple of times asking where?s my food! This happens all of the time I guess I?m sticking with door dash.

This is the worst Pizza Hut in GA. Please save your money and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect. Crystal with the white long weave is horrible. She tried to argue me down about some nasty pizza I received the night before. She tried my daughter for defending my honor since I had on a boot from a broken ankle. This young lady came out the store and tried to run up on my daughter and stood behind her car. This place need to be closed down and boarded up. They have absolutely know kind of management in this store. I would greatly appreciate it if a manager would respond with contact information so that I can discuss this issue because this was not behavior that should be tolerated in this place. This store doesn?t even deserve a 1 star. I spoke with the District leader and he assured me that he would call me back after handling the issue. I have not heard back from him since our conversation. I repeat he assured me he would reach back out to me that day. He said he was pulling up to the store when we spoke. This tells me a lot about what happen to my complaint nothing happen because I wasn?t given a call back. I even ask he he wanted me to come back to the store to with the video and he said no he would pull his camera. Thanks Mr. Thomas for what I already knew was going to happen after hearing the voice behind the phone.

I am extremely frustrated and appalled by the lowest level of service provided by this location. I utilized online ordering as I always do and the delivery person NEVER SHOWED UP. I contacted the store and there was no answer up until closing time. So I had to then had to disappoint my children and prepare a meal for them well after their bedtime because what they wanted and I already paid for NEVER CAME! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!
