SAX Restaurant - STONE HARBOR

The service was excellent and the resort is exceptional. The food is absolutely terrible. You would think that a Conde nast rated facility would be able to season a competent kitchen brigade or cook it properly. Absolutely terrible. What a disappointment.

One of the best restaurants in Stone Harbor. Intimate and cozy. The food was proportional to high-end presentation served fast and hot. It is attacked to the Waterside Grill with high quality food somewhat more relaxed with seating on the bay. I would visit both restaurants on you food list!

Things happen for a reason......Tonight after frustrating attempts to make reservations in multiple businesses, My cousin and I could make reservations at SAX. After cocktails at the bar we sat and were then greeted by Patrick. Patrick obviously enjoys his work and was very personal. He informed us about the cattle short nativity we both chose. Great choice, the least, amazing and delish! Patrick was attentive to knowing a pleasure and beautiful to boot! Thanks SAX and kudos to Patrick for an unforgettable evening! PS.... the ice for Dessert was up!

I was a little hesitant to come here based on some of the Google reviews, but I was not disappointed one bit. The service, the drinks, and the food were top notch. Every part of our meal from start to finish was delicious, and worth the price we paid. The only downfall is that there was a wedding in the room next door and a lot of the noise trickled into the restaurant; but that definitely wouldn't stop me from coming back again!

Great cocktails, outstanding music [with football in the background] and friendly service; the Sax was memorable, and on a Sunday evening in November!
