The Spotted Dog - Stoke-on-Trent

The beef cheeks melt in your mouth and the buttery mash, alongside a hearty jus were a delight we will be coming back again purely based on this dish! Loved the down to earth rural pub vibe mixed with a well considered, well executed British foodie menu. Highly recommend.

Amazing food, perfect service, we will be going back!

The food was well cooked and nicely presented. However the menu was a bit limited and when the food came it was not very hot. Unfortunately served onto Luke warm plates it went cold vey quickly. However quality was good and with more attention to the temperature of both the food and plates this could be a very goof restaurant.

The Sunday roast was delightful. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly.
