Subway - Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered a great meal by only eating and was surprised when I received 2 bags from the delivery grater without drink-resistant ordering a great meal deal. I asked the driver who had his family in the car and asked where the drink was. he said he had only two pockets. when I ringed the subway, the staff said they had cctw photos of the driver with 3 pockets. the driver had literally stolen a whole bag of our food. the personal on the subway was nice and threw us into a few freebies when we went to collect the missing food. difficult to actually talk to someone, just eat, but I sent an email. the driver has to investigate. shocking.

This is my favorite underground in Stoke-on-Trent. it is the easiest to park outside, with large windows.

Beautiful and friendly staff very clean and hygienic subway! increasingly experienced great speedy service beautiful eating, fresh and good portion sizes very reasonable, affordable foods that I downloaded the subway app, and I always scan my points and use them. it is worth it! the toilet is clean and regularly maintained as it always smells beautiful

Standard subway, don't know what else you'd expect! Everything was how it should be.

Friendly staff, they can get very busy at times with deliveries. Allways a warm wellcome and farewell. The staff are so accomodating treating every guest as an individual rather than another sale.
