The staff at this restaurant are lovely and friendly. I highly recommend the breakfast bap and they serve the best coffee in Hanley. The atmosphere in the cafe is also great.

I had a fantastic time dining at this charming, classic café. The staff was very welcoming and the food was excellent, with a wide range of choices from light snacks like jackets and oatcakes to satisfying dinners. The prices were fair and overall it was a fantastic deal considering the top-notch quality of the food and service.

Service: The staff here are all cheerful, friendly and always up for a laugh. This is a popular spot for regulars, including my English mother who has lived in the US for many years. It reminds her of England, and it's also the first place my granddaughter wants to visit when she's in town for her favorite fish and chips. The service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. 3. Value: You definitely get the best value for your money here. 4. Atmosphere: The cafe has a very relaxed atmosphere, and I feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walk in. My partner and I recently visited this restaurant for a warm meal and hot drinks. We both enjoyed the evening meal, which included a veggie gravy, and found it to be very satisfying. The hot drink was also served at the perfect temperature. The staff were friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend this place.

The restaurant offers great value for money and I left feeling satisfied. I had the vegetarian full breakfast, toast, and coffee for 4.80. I could easily go to other places and pay twice as much, but as long as the establishment is clean and the staff is friendly, I will continue to go back. I had a great experience and will definitely return.
