Mcdonald's - Stoke-on-Trent

The wait time for cold food at this restaurant is unacceptable. Uber delivery has ruined the experience for in-person customers at McDonald's. This is definitely not fast food.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I placed my family's order on the screens but forgot to request sauce. When I went up to the counter, there were four girls chatting and no other customers present. Despite my attempts to make eye contact, they seemed uninterested. One girl told her colleague that there was a customer at the till, which resulted in giggles from the others. When our food arrived, one of the girls looked unhappy as she dropped our order on the table. When I asked for extra sauce, she begrudgingly brought it over and dropped it beside our order.

Trying to get my hands on some chicken nuggets at this place was a nightmare. It felt like it would have been faster to catch a chicken and make them myself. I have a feeling if I had shown up with an orange Uber Eats bag, I would have been served right away. The drive-through was a total waste of time.

Most definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, noone on the till to serve anyone as when people were asking they just got ignored. The took more priority over Just Eat and Uber than the customers in the shop we waited 25 for two frappes which is ridiculous.
