I take a look at the menu ok, the mac looks good. I get it because I want the 2 macarons on top one for me and one for my nephew. When the mac was ready, the soft serve was already melting. The macarons hard as heck. I was able to bang it on the table and make a solid thud thud thud. How disappointing. Then, my friend asks the guy for napkins. His response, we are out of napkins but feel free to grab paper towels from the bathroom. Really?! Last complaint, they are a part of the city card thing where you purchase a loaded card to support local business because of the pandemic... when we tried to use our QR code oh sorry, we 've never used it. We don 't have the system for it. I hope they 're not getting city funds for participating in this program that they don 't have a system for. Never going back.

Very friendly staff good drinks , would definitely be back soon to try something else..

I was a bit confused on my first visit. The menu up on the screens did not show the full menu I saw on Yelp. I wanted a slushee type drink and I had no idea how to order that. The young lady at the register said that they could make whatever I wanted. I felt pressed to just order as there was a line forming behind me. I like fruity drinks and that's not what I ordered but that was on me. After ordering, I noticed that off to the left of the ordering counter, there's a touch screen on a stand with the full menu. You can order, customize your drink and even pay there. Next time I go, I will try using the touch screen.
