BBQ: Good Fried Food: Hard Pass Customer Service: Garbage First time visit: No customers/cashiers at the register. Walked up and waited, already decided what I wanted because I previously viewed from their Yelp menu, so I was ready to order. Cashier dragged her feet when approaching the counter. Did not make eye contact w/me, no greetings, but she did look passed me and asked loudly at a dine-in customer ten ft. behind me if he wanted more BBQ sauce and other needs, he answered no to all. She then continued to ignore me when I stood right in front of her and asked aloud again a young girl this time--who was still looking at the menu btw when I 'd approached the register--if she was ready to order, while her Karen mother was glaring at us that the cashier serve her daughter first. I told the young girl, go ahead without the cashier asking. My turn came, I ordered. Total came up to over sixty, almost seventy dollars. Her whole attitude changed, became slightly nicer. I paid. Tip: $0

I'm telling you!!! I have had many frozen drinks in my lifetime. But the machines in this place took my drink to the next level. I wish I would have taken a picture. The taste was outta this world. It didn't stop there. The ice not only formed on the outside of the cup BUT UP THE STRAW!! YES! That meant it stayed frozen! The bartenders were also amazing! Stop in grab a frozen drink your gonna love it!

Great customer service and delicious wings. I had the Carolina tangy hot wings and baked beans. Jazz, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is our new spot!

Super chill spot, conveniently located downtown by the movie theater. Yummy food, ordered wings, mozzarella sticks, and fried pickles. Food came fast and hot!!! Customer service is the absolute best!! Jazz is the best server ever! So attentive, professional, and fun. She makes sure your drinks stay full and you feel like family. I will definitely be back. I hear they do karaoke too so I must try it out!!!

First time that we 've been to this venue to hear this dj Manuel Gutierrez. Great music, great crowd , NO DRAMA. Awesome! But as the night went on my friends and I noticed the customer service from some employees was, well lets just say the bar was very low . The bartender was great, on his game , but his hands seemed to be tied with the lack of support from other employees. Bussing tables , well , wasn 't the best . Food menu needs to be be redone. Toooo many chiefs and not enough Indians. Oh and how the hell does your bar run out of BudLight. I can only give this establishment 2 stars. 1 for the bartender Chris and 1 for the DJ Manuel Gutierrez. Owners needs to step their game up !
