You can either buy the Chile's as they are, or pay and have them roasted for you. You can buy by the pound or in bulk. My husband's family would drive from the bay to here when he was a little boy. The taste and smell of the Chile's are amazing!

Go every year for my fresnos and few other veggies. Love this place! Always get my peppers roast on site! Saves me the time later worth every penny spent.
