El Pollo Loco - Stockton

Ordered online delivery. Doordash tried to deliver wrong order. Called store. Was told deliveryman took wrong order. Store would not send out another order; said it wasn't their fault. Why isn't the store responsible for ensuring correct order is taken?? New procedure is needed!!!!

I came in for a special takeout. It was a meal for 2, 4 pieces of chicken 2 sides, salads, churros for $10. We got 3 pieces of chicken. And 1 fork and spoon. Really?

MENU ADVERTISES FAMILY FEAST BUT YOU GET IN LINE AT THE SPEAKER &THEY SAY THAT WE DON 'T HAVE THAT!

I ordered two salads, a Classic Chicken Avocado Salad and a Double Chicken Avocado Salad. It was fresh pretty good. I'd like to add some flour tortillas the next time I order.
