Domino's Pizza - Stockton

I had a pizza delivered to me. I had 2 pizzas, some garlic, garlic rolls and brownies and a 2 l soda. But when I got my pizza. All of my pizzas will stacked on top of each other. And then it was cold. It's like the girl was driving too fast or my pizza fail or something and then it was like some stuff on top of it. I didn't know if it was from the floor from off of my pizza falling. But then I called Domino's.They didn't answer.I call back, they have me on hold for a hit along.So I never even got in touch with anybody.I email them from when they email me saying the driver is on the way.Nobody still has contact me back yet.And I spend my money every month with domino's at least 2 to 3 times a day. I include tips when you guys come. So I will not be ordering pizza from you guys for a while.

Best customer service everytime. Love it in a time when customer service should be paramount they never fail. Food is decent I live their wings. This place is clean and food is prepared quickly. You have to love the fact they have rewards and you can earn free food. Prices are reasonable.

I changed my review, only because I know sometimes mistakes happen. Lately I ordered from Domino's about 3 times this month and so far, I don't have any complaints. I got what I asked for and it was delivered on time. Everything went the way I expected it to be for March 2024.

I've been ordering from this location for years and I was always happy, till this last time. It seems like the delivery driver his name Arlington was playing games, food was not even warm it was cold and nasty. Driver Arlington calling like he was lost but talking in a nasty way, really felt disgusted. I returned the food, domino's did not credit my credit cards I had to call my bank to take care of this...Too bad I won't be doing business with this place no more since they hire people like this guy Arlington to miss with people's food. I truly honest to God believe he did miss the food he should be investigated but it's not my problem no more I won't be eating from there no more.

The employees were friendly went there for a special we seen on TV she couldn't find it but she honored it anyway very nice employees
