Carnitas El Rincon Stockton

I recently tried the carnitas burrito at this restaurant and it was hands down one of the best burritos I have ever had. As someone who drives a truck, I often stop at taco trucks for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. They even have large sodas available in the fridge. If you're in the mood for a fantastic burrito, this is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back.

The restaurant needs to improve their Carnitas dishes, as they lack the flavor and color found in San Jose, California. The Carnitas here are bland and lack the delicious honey glaze found in San Jose. They appear discolored and could be improved. I had to brown the ribs when I got home because they looked bland and unappetizing. The restaurant should strive to sell authentic and flavorful Carnitas.

I ordered a super carnitas burrito and a regular carnitas burrito. They were more like bean and rice burritos. They tasted good, but the super burrito was lacking cream, avocado, and cheese, and it had more bones than I would have liked.

The food is horrible, the burritos are very dry, without onion or cilantro. I do not recommend that
