When I tell you this is the absolutely the best, authentic, Mexican food closest to San Diego ???! My husband is from San Diego. He introduced me to rolled tacos when I first visited SoCal. I have been in every since! I have worked in Stockton in the past years. I hate that I didn't know about this place before. I tried Albertos by St. Mary's Highschool. It was okay. We tried this establishment once. But, the second time, this location hit a home run! It's clean, and friendly service. You can smell Fabulosa in the air. I love that there are women and men working there. Additionally, I am a advocate for cleanliness and condiments being kept from cross contamination. Their's are prepackaged, to go and kept in fridge. The ? and jalapeños are perfect ??. The little red sauce is ?, not hot and pairs perfect mixed with the Pico de Gallo. The guacamole is smooth and just the right consistency. We get the regular beef ? fried to a crunch. I can't say enough about the ladies and the male cooks ability to please their customers! My husband and I have been 3 times this week. Go get you some! Tell them exactly what you want. They don't dissapoint! ? customers!
Disgusting, they miss with your food, sick in the head people working
Ive been eating from here for years. Today we ordered 3 burritos, $42!!! Are you kidding me?! If i was there with my son we would NOT have paid and when they got home and i took a bite it was not good, i gave it away. But the price is way too much especially for Mexican food, unfortunately not going back, ever! And…we drive from Lodi, wast of time and money!!!! Put the updated menu on your website so we can make the decision to drive all that way before we decide to waste money!!!
It's been almost a year since I last ate here. I'm not sure what I ate but their asada tasted like ground beef looked like it was ground mixed with pieces of actual asada. It was not like any asada I've ever had, but rather mushed up. It lacked flavor/seasoning. The 3 stars overall is because I recall their chicken flautas shrimp items being good overall.
