Eating and service in the restaurant was excellent, but the thing that this restaurant with the best placed there was its ability to deal with a situation. my 84-year-old mother could not climb the stairs to the toilets so that she could take a walk through the busy kitchen and allowed her to use the ground floor personal wc. the chefs and kitchen staff were amazing and although they were really busy cooking for a whole house, they took the time to talk to us on the way through the toilet. well done, and I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Still the best restaurant in yarm. for 20 years my favorite. we had a great lunch today, as expected, but this time the chips were in a tiny bucket. Don't do that, young, you eat too well.

We had another excellent three course meal and a bottle of prosecco for under £70. Simply can't go wrong for a really friendly atmosphere and fantastic food with service to match
