The restaurant has a very welcoming and friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy and nice. They serve delicious coffee, toasties, and snacks.

It's a shame that the tables are not kept clear. All of the empty tables were still full of used cups, plates, and other items.

I prefer this Costa Coffee location over the one on Stockton High Street. It is much cleaner and newer, and the service and coffee are also superior.
