Lovely Sunday roast loved it and biscoff waffle yummy defo great local always friendly and dog friendly pub

Called in here today for food. I had the dipping combo platter as I like variety. Service and food was good. There were a few other diners there, who were obviously regular diners as the member of staff: 1. reminded them to put their car registration in the machine to avoid a fine (didn't tell me) 2. checked with them that their food was ok (didn't ask me) 3. When she cleared my plate my glass was almost empty but she didn't ask if I wanted another drink or dessert. I was going to have another pint and possibly a dessert but I felt like I was a complete outsider apart from the 2 ladies sat at the next table who were friendly.

Beautiful pub. nice eating. limited menu, but quality. great manager. colette is really friendly, but runs a good team. pub has a large garden for beautiful weather

They have visited a high time, they dressed it nicely and the bark meat dinner was perfect!
