Raw Sushi Bowl - Stockholm

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a delicious sushi bowl. The flavors are top-notch and there is a wide variety of options on the plate. The miso soup is particularly well-prepared and a thoughtful addition. The interior design is also impressive, especially with the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs prepare sushi and clean fish.

If you're looking for a mid-range priced, possibly healthy, and unique dining experience while exploring Södermalm, this is the place for you. The spicy tuna roll was a bit overwhelming with too many toppings, making it difficult to taste the tuna. However, the salmon was excellent and came as a pleasant surprise with four slightly cooked pieces. The salmon and maki rolls were great, as well as the bibimbap. While the staff may not be overly welcoming, they are efficient and cool. Don't hesitate to give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I have never tried a ramen as delicious as this one before, you definitely need to give it a try.

Bad customer service. I’m a local, and every time I come the staff seems stressed and in a hurry. Even though there was no one behind me on the cue, when I asked what fish there was on the “Mellan sushi” she refused to respond and just hurried me to pay, despite me kindly insisting on a reply due to my allergies.
