You just crossed a bridge and you are suddenly on a small island, more particularly on the terrace of a traditional Swedish villa. And what a vista !!! Really outstanding. The welcome was warm and the food excellent. Nothing else to add. Just go and enjoy.
Service and food was really bad . The waiters kept us waiting for one and a half hours before food was served when the restaurant wasn’t event full. Food was very mediocre for the price
Great restaurant to try Swedish cuisine. On holiday in Stockholm for a wedding, and we came here for an after-wedding meal in a room that had been booked a week before. Due to mobility issues of a family member, we had to sit downstairs in the main area and staff accommodated this very easily. The food did take a while but I assume that was due to our party of 11, and when it arrived it was very nice. The starters were well-liked generally (most ordered Toast Skagen). The mains were 3 seafood platters shared equally, and included sea bass (very delicious), shrimp, octopus and bread. Most of it was good and portions were generous but I personally didn't like the shrimp or octopus. We finished with a cup of tea and cake. The atmosphere throughout was nice; the restaurant offers lots of seating indoors and outdoors, even by the lake with an amazing view. The staff were accommodating and helpful, although slow to serve food. The price of the meal per person came to around £55 per head, which I find expensive for the amount of food but the assortment of foods and location almost justifies it. Overall a very good restaurant but pricing could be better.
Such a shame that this place can't get things right. Such a bad service, it seems like they don't know what they are doing. The food was not terrible unfortunately it arrives cold but the beef tartare is a joke , you need to do something about it. The only reason we are keep coming to this place is the view and the location.
This used to be a great place: Great food, great service and a wonderful location. The first just disappeared for whatever reason. Example 1: The Steak Tartar was brown, hopefully it was only prepared long before it has been served. Example 2: I ordered a glass of Riesling, it was served in a small glass for sparkling wine (0,1 liter). When asking whether this was correct we just got a sure back. The service was obviously totally unaware and not trained.
