The lead night shift cook likes to message people calling them slurs

I DoorDash here and yesterday I was picking up an order And I believe there was a new gentleman working, who I made completely nervous but he did a phenomenal job. He was going from the food counter to the till to handing out orders. In his customer service was amazing all while he looked nervous. So I give them props for that. And I apologize for making anyone feel any. Type of nervousness!

Solid pass on this place. Half the time the tacos look pathetic (undercooked shells and contaminated ingredients). Now I don’t expect everyone to relate to this post so this next part is to the vegetarians reading this. The veggie taco now consists of only guacamole wrapped in a shell. Rice and beans have been kicked to the side. I don’t even like guacamole. You may be wondering if it was so bad, why keep going back? Well, why do gamblers gamble? Sometimes you win. Once in awhile you get someone making your food that has worked there for more than a week. You never know what you’re gonna get but you fantasize the next taco will be really good. Then reality hits and you leave shaking your head saying, “I knew better. You’re better than this, Ryan.” Well they put an end to that with their new line of guacamole condiment veggie tacos. No thanks Rio. I’ll keep my money and you can keep your undercooked, mashed up, funny looking, contaminated condiment concoctions.

Ordered over app half hour before my lunch. Still had to wait 13 mins for my order to be made when I even got there 5 mins late. Then had to wait for anyone to acknowledge me. Never had time to eat once i got my food because of short lunch time. Had to eat cold. Dietary restrictions: Protein and veggies only.

Check your order! I did not receive 1/2 of mine. I ordered everything “on the side”, it was all Piled on my food, NOTHING ON THE SIDE.
