Subway - Stockbridge

The food was standard subway tariff. The staff was nice and patient with our indecisive little one. However, we added on a cookie on the top of the meals and specified that it was an add-on, but they insisted that the cookie part of the meal was added to the chips as an add-on. We told them that this was not what we wanted it to be more expensive, but the cashier fluctuated and did it anyway. It wasn't worth fighting for a dollar difference, but it really advised me the wrong way. If it weren't, I would have given them a 5-star rating, esp for so patient with an indecisive child, but this transaction made a bad taste in my mouth.

The staff was very rude. Kept Talk to each other in their mother tongue, which is not a problem, but do not cut me off when I give up my order. The lady was so busy rushing me that I still asked her to bring things into my salad. She didn't put a fork in my pocket, but tried to argue with me that she did. After she finally gave me a fork, she went back to her mother tongue. I will not visit this place again. I can fit or exceed the rudeness, but I can no longer choose by protecting this place. Thank you, but no thanks.

I spun in here to get a quick snack. The situation is quite small, but it wasn't crowded when I got through. I had a skilled 6? spicy Italian. The woman behind the counter was super awesome very friendly and accommodating. I was with many subways, and that was at the top of the experience. I'm glad I chose this exit to turn off the highway.

The girls that made the sandwiches need to learn better English and not talk about the customers behind their backs. You would have gotten a tip if you hadn't done that and it would have been a big one because of the holidays. Customer service just keeps getting worse!

There was only a young lady who went when I went, and her customer service was exceptional. She was friendly and personable and took care of my sandwich. The ingredients looked fresh and my sandwich tasted great. No one was in the store at that time, so we talked while finishing my order. I love when people have good customer service skills and are personal. I'll be back soon.
