Gabe's Diner Bistro offers a wide range of gluten free options despite its small size. The menu lists items as NGCI (no gluten containing ingredients) for legal reasons, but the servers are attentive and take allergies seriously. As a coeliac, I have dined here multiple times and always opt for the gluten free pancakes, which are simply delicious. The pancakes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, especially when paired with salted caramel and creme fraiche. Other gluten free options such as fish and chips and sandwiches are available as well. The coffee is also exceptional, with a rich and luxurious mocha that is truly to die for. Gabe's Diner Bistro offers great value for the money, making it one of the most affordable and best restaurants in the area.
