Whataburger - Stillwater

I thoroughly enjoyed the hamburgers at this restaurant. Last week, I ordered a double hamburger, and the flavor was simply perfect. I really liked it. Additionally, they were very quick in preparing my order. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fast food.

I was hesitant to go to Whataburger since my last three experiences at my local one were disappointing. However, with limited options in the area, I decided to give this location a try. Since it was new, I hoped it might be better—and it definitely was! The fries were fresh and not overly salted, and the burger was tasty and made to order. The service was also friendly. This location really reflected what Whataburger is supposed to be like. I truly appreciated the experience!

Great franchise, but this particular location isn't the best example of it. My Whataburger with bacon and cheese was delicious, as I expected—after I returned to get the cheese they forgot. However, the floors were dirty; they were so greasy that it felt like you could skate on them. These issues are fixable, and I hope they address them soon.

Always remember to check your bag and receipt, and be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. We spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru with just four cars ahead of us, only to get home and realize that two of the biscuits we ordered were missing, and we were charged for one that we didn’t receive. When we called to request a refund, we were informed that they can't process refunds over the phone, which meant we had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant to collect the biscuit we had already paid for. Each time I’ve visited this location, the service has been remarkably slow, and I’ve found myself stuck in the drive-thru for over an hour on several occasions.

We went through the drive-thru, and the guy had to warn us that the fries were hot. They were absolutely the best!
