It was also the most challenging time I've ever had placing an in person order anywhere. First, I got a very simple sandwich with turkey, ham, cheese, mayo, and mustard (they were out of bacon which I wanted). I'm not a veggie person and this is a fairly typical order for me meat and cheese. The individual really didn't know how to take my order. Upon leaving and then later trying my sandwich I discovered it was the saltiest sandwich I ever bit into. The first bit made me gag and spit some out. I tried two more bite that were both equally salty I then got up and threw the sandwich away. Total waste of $11.66 (which is ridiculous for a simple sandwich)
I ordered 2 giant #6 The Veggie and called about both missing both the avocado spread and the cucumber. When I called about it asking what was going on I was told that everything was on the sandwich and that I was wrong, the avocado spread was very thinly smeared between the cheese, there was more mayo on the sandwich than avocado, but if I wanted the sandwiches remade or a store credit that's what they would do, when I said that they still didn't have the cucumber, and that I didn't need more sandwhiches or store credit I was then hung up on, when I called back I was hung up on again, and again, when they finally answered I was told that I was yelling and degrading them and that was why I was hung up on, which is not true. I have worked at enough places dealing with complaints that I don't curse at people or degrade people when I have an issue. I was calm and rational the whole time, the guy I was speaking to was the one that got rude. The management, or whoever was on the phone, just didn't want to offer a discount, or other way of correcting the issue for the sub's, they only wanted to either remake them or give a store credit. Well I have no intention of ordering from this location again as this isn't the first time we have had this issue here. We didn't need the extra sandwiches, and I didn't want the store credit but I was hung up on before something could be worked out, a simple apology would have been more than sufficient. No one is willing to own their mistakes anymore, always finding a reason to pass the blame. We will just make sure we only order from the other Jimmy Johns location from now on. This location (north Main st) has horrible management.
Ordered a sandwich for delivery and they don't have a driver to bring it. How are you going to be a restaurant known for your delivery without a delivery driver... Whoever is managing there needs to be replaced.
Food is just okay, it’s jimmy johns you get what you pay for.However, this location is awfully shady! One of my friends worked at the location, and was repetitively told they would be making a certain amount. Few paychecks later it is evident their pay was cut short. When it came to light, they scammed her out of $2 hour of her pay for months before she quit. The GM here is awful, makes me never want to come back. And the DM was just as useless in helping them. Sure it’s just another Jimmy John’s, but I would never do business supporting someone who could mistreat their employees to the 9th degree. Awful management, go get your sub elsewhere, please.
I eat from there all the time and it's pretty good. I think they only messed up my order once but it was a small detail so it's a big deal. Good brownies too.Vegetarian options: They have a vegan sandwich like subwayParking: Front of the store there's like eight Parking spots, but it's never busy in the store so you can probably find some parking.
