Cake Crazy Llc - Stillwater

The cupcakes and cakes are delicious, but I had some issues with the customer service. There were two staff members working at 3:00 PM, and one of them was busy assisting a customer with a wedding cake tasting. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally received help with my order, which would have only taken a moment since I just wanted to choose two cupcakes. I understand that the staff member was occupied with the tasting, but it would have only taken a few seconds to acknowledge me and assist with my order. It was a bit frustrating when she was trying to answer questions while not fully focusing on the customer she was assisting. Overall, I believe they could improve their service approach.

This is the best I've ever experienced! It's evident that they bake fresh every day. The smell when you enter is absolutely wonderful. They have a selection of cupcakes and dessert bars with cake bites. Additionally, they offer five different flavors of gluten-free cupcakes every day!

I’m a huge fan of Cake Crazy! Their cupcakes are so delicious that I chose them to create my wedding cake. The whole experience was amazing; I received exactly what I wanted, and the cake turned out to be incredible. I recently visited again, and I'm happy to say that the cakes are just as delightful as I remembered. My favorite flavor is mocha, but I haven’t encountered a single cake from them that I didn’t love. They use a generous amount of frosting, and the cake is always perfectly moist.

I'm from Tulsa and needed a dozen cookies for a gathering. I stumbled upon Cake Crazy and purchased their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, which were absolutely delicious! The whole experience was hassle-free and the quality of the cookies was outstanding. The store's decor is adorable, too!
