Around the time I was near the front I noticed the girl at the counter would wait .5 seconds before yelling in an annoying annoyed voice "HELP WHO'S NEXT" At one point there was an old guy standing directly in front of her when she yelled it. The couple ahead of me started to walk up to the counter because, surely she wouldn't yell that with the next person right there, right? Well, he was the next guy in line all right. After he was done and the girl yelled .5 seconds later for the couple ahead of me. I was now first in line. I didn't want to hear that annoying voice again so I timed it that at the exact mille second the people started to walk away, I headed on over. Only this time the girl walked away, to help with the order I assume. I'm standing there for a good minute when another employee opens up the other lane. As he says "Can I help who's next" I start to walk over, but the couple behind me dash up (quicker than the annoying lady from earlier could scream for the next person in line to get their butts up there) That's rude. I would never do that to someone. But I could tell this Barbie and Ken with his pink shirt could obviously care less. I order a chicken salad sandwich. I'm hoping it's better than the one I bought at the gas station beside it two weeks earlier. I'm thinking it will be. The girl rings it in, I pay, all is good, and then the girl making the sandwich yells "I just ran out of chicken salad" Ok. I'll have the ham and cheddar instead. I walk up to the sandwich line, where the girl there just yells out orders, never making eye contact with anyone. "Two chicken salad sandwiches" You guessed it, Barbie and Ken ordered the last two. LOL! A complete slap in the face. They take their sandwich and head back to 90210 I assume. "HAM AND CHEDDAR SANDWICH" as if to scream so the whole store can hear it, even though it's a safe bet that it's for me, the only guy standing there. I said thank you, but of course there was no response. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to trash their store, or say that was the worst experience ever. But as I was pulling back on the highway, all super annoyed, I thought what a neat story to share!
1:24 am visit on March 5, 2017 and was very hungry . Wife and i ordered a turkey club sandwich ,hers was on whole wheat bun and was fine,, mine was on white homestyle soft bun and was dried out and crusty .Took it back to staffer who made it and she said the bun was probably from yesterday and went back to doing her thing on a i pad and offered no sympathy or sandwich replacement of some sort !!!! Uggg........very disappointed in service and not always fresh bun !!
Driving from Halifax to Cape Breton, we opted for lunch here. We drove through the town and there were few lunchtime alternatives. Sadly, we headed back to the highway and stopped in at a Canadian? institution, Tim Hortons. A sandwich, chocolate milk and a donut later, we were on our way. The food was OK for fast food and service was acceptable, but oh, how we long for good local restaurants.
My husband and I were out for a bike ride and stopped in for a quick lunch! No such luck! I ordered a wrap and salad(thought I would try it) and my husband ordered chili meal. His chili was more like soup and my salad was romaine lettuce huge pieces and very little else. I will not being ordering anything but coffee again! People who ordered after us (sandwiches and soup) received their food before us! Service was terrible. The young girl who took our order was great but the 2 guys making the food need to improve big time. We waited more than 20 minutes for this food! Next time coffee only!
We always stop here on the way up the HWY as it is a good place to stop for a break. the service is quick and it is always busy. do like the Dark roast as the other blend sets my teeth on edge.
