Caribou Coffee - STEVENSVILLE

Inside of Martin's, so that you can drink your coffee while you shop. There is also the option of drive thru! Good stuff!

All I wanted was a fresh hot cup of coffee while I grocery shopped and the coffee was cold. So disappointed I didn't even say anything I just moved on. It was pretty good but room temperature cold. ?

Very fast service no matter how busy! Very polite staff for years!

Located conveniently inside Martin's Super Market is Stevensville, making it easy to grab some groceries along with a coffee. I know Caribou Coffee fans have been heartbroken about the local shop closing, and it seems that their loyal customer base suggests I should give it a try at least once. I also learned that this is currently the only Caribou Coffee location in Michigan, with the next nearest one in Mishawaka, Indiana. As someone who doesn't always crave coffee, one of my go-to drinks at coffee shops is the chai latte, so I decided to order that. I also noticed the BOUsted lemonades on their online menu looked enticing, so I plan to return to sample those as well. My chai was decent—not my absolute favorite, but better than average. Although this location is slightly out of my way, I’m eager to return soon to explore more of their menu. The staff was friendly, and the area dedicated to the coffee shop in the grocery store was clean and well-organized, plus I received my drink quickly. Don’t forget to download their app for rewards and the option to order through your phone, although this location unfortunately doesn’t support ahead ordering through the app.

The post-COVID furnishings are lacking, and customers need to be better accommodated. We received sweeteners without any stirrers. Today's employee was quite rude when they told us to take our own wrappers. They even exchanged them right in front of us, which was a very unpleasant experience. On a positive note, the coffee and the products are really delicious.
